Angie from Lifestyle Coach offers a wealth of life and corporate experience plus formal credentials and experience in both counselling and naturopathy, including advanced studies in nutrition and mindfulness.

Working with people to improve their health and well-being is not just a skill set – it’s a belief in people’s ability to make changes in their life, as well as having the ability to communicate and work with people to induce achievable and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Background

22 years Corporate Pharmaceutical experience working with Pharmacists, GPs and Specialists.  Skill set inclusive of:  sales, marketing, team coaching and mentoring, healthcare presentations to the medical profession regarding medications and disease state management, public health presentations for improved health via lifestyle changes, plus guest speaking lectures at universities.  Health matters worked with:  Weight Management, (including prescription, meal replacement therapy and lifestyle changes), depression, pain management and menopause matters.

During this time, what stood out is the fact that should a person change to a more healthy lifestyle, the possibility of developing life challenging disease states decreases, and already acquired disease states may improve, especially as we approach mid-life.  Having a keen interest in working with people who want to achieve a more healthy and balanced lifestyle lead to further studies to attain credentials in counselling and naturopathy, including advanced studies in nutrition and mindfulness. 

Angie focuses on mindfulness, nutrition and lifestyle changes via educating and motivating clients to live a healthy, wholesome lifestyle in the here and now.  Improving your health is easier than you think, the first place to start is to want to and then to plan achievable step by step educated and credible changes that are suitable for you.  Overnight sensations and fad diets will set you up for disappointment and can also be harmful to your health of both mind & body.
